INVITATION TO BID

1.      TIME AND PLACE FOR OPENING BIDS:  Duplicate, Sealed bids for the improvements described below will be received at the offices of:

         until 2:00 P.M. Central Time, January 28, 2021. Bids will be opened at the Administration office. Plan holders will be invited to a conference call should they wish to attend the bid opening.
