August 5, 2020 - The following materials have been used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process (the District’s Title IX Team members) - McHenry Basic Title IX Training

August 19, 2020 - The following materials have been used to train Title IX Coordinators - McHenry Title IX Coordinator Training

October 15, 2020 - The following materials have been used to train Title IX Investigators - McHenry Title IX Investigator Training

January 8, 2021 - The following materials have been used to train Title IX Decision Makers - McHenry Title IX Decision Maker Training.

2020-2021 School Year- All staff members in District 156 completed Title IX and Sexual Harassment training through GCN. 

2021-2022 School Year- All new staff members in District 156 completed Title IX and Sexual Harassment training through GCN. 

2022-2023 School Year- All new staff members in District 156 completed Title IX and Sexual Harassment training through GCN. 

2023-2024 School Year- All new staff members in District 156 completed Title IX and Sexual Harassment training through GCN. 

Prior to the 2024-2025 School Year - The Title IX Coordinator completed the 2024 Title IX Coordinator Training through Franczek. 

Prior to the 2024-2025 School Year - The Title IX Investigators, Decision Makers, Informal Resolution Facilitators &  Appellate Decision Makers completed the 2024 Title IX Administrator training through Franczek. 

2024-2025 School Year - All staff members in District 156 completed 2024 Title IX training through GCN. 

CTE Programming 

McHenry High School offers all students a wide variety of CTE pathways such as Accounting, Business, Culinary, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Automotive Technology, and more. CTE programs prepare students, including those from special populations, with the knowledge and skills necessary to obtain employment after high school or continue in post-secondary education. These career pathways are open to all students at MCHS without prerequisites and MCHS staff has robust marketing and recruitment practices in place.
