Updated 2022

The following is information about several frequently asked questions at the start of each new school year.

Where do I find information about school fees, lunch waivers, open campus lunch and parking passes?

Our registration page has all of this information and more!

What school supplies does my student need?

The following items are required:

  • All students will need a TI-84 Plus calculator for all math classes. Please purchase on your own prior to the first day of school. They can be found at Target, Amazon, Walmart, etc.

  • All students will be given a Chromebook laptop on Material Pick-up days prior to the school year. (typically in August) Keep an eye out on your email, the district website and district social media for Material Pick-up day information.

Students should come to school every day with a fully charged Chromebook.

  • Number two pencils for testing days (purchase on your own)

  • Pens (purchase on your own)

Students will be told on the first day of school by their individual teachers if they need any additional supplies for a specific class. Other than the required list above, the rest of the school supplies needed are up to the student's personal preference.

Where do I make online payments?

  • All online payments are made through Skyward.

How do I make schedule changes?

Where do I find health information like required immunizations, physical forms, etc.?

Where do I find information about transportation and emergency closings?

You can find all of that info on our transportation page.

What is blended learning?

Certain courses are considered "blended." This is different from AIM. Blended learning, as an instructional program or philosophy, can be defined as a combination of in-class, face to face instruction and out of class digital activities where students have some control over the time, place, pace, and path of their learning. You can find more information on our blended learning page.

What is AIM?

A flexible period during the school day, created to give students and teachers a common time together.

  • Students can meet with any of their teachers for extra academic support (not just their assigned AIM teacher).

  • Students are still expected to check in with their assigned AIM teacher.

  • AIM solves the issue of students who cannot stay after school due to work, activities or lack of transportation home.

  • There are also a variety of programs students can attend during AIM. For example, The College and Career Center at Upper Campus regularly hosts info sessions during AIM.
