MCHS STUDENT WITHDRAWAL

Student Withdrawal process:

Parents/Guardians must complete the electronic MCHS withdrawal form

  • Submitted withdrawals will be processed by the Registrar's office.

  • If a student is withdrawing before the end of S1 or S2, withdrawal grades will be transferred to the student's new school or educational program if applicable. (Please note, withdrawal grades are NOT final grades, final grades/credits are earned only if the student completes a full semester)

  • Please have the transferring school send a request for records to: ramirezallison@dist156.org

Students must return ALL school property:

  • Chromebook/charger, Student ID, Textbooks, Library books, or any other school property must be turned into the Library, IT department or Main office at their home campus.

  • Athletic forms/equipment must be turned into the Athletic office.

  • If school property is not returned, a fee will be charged to the student account.
