100 students earned CPR/AED training from McHenry High School

Another 100 students have been added to the growing list of McHenry Community High School District 156 students who are certified in lifesaving skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillator use.

With this newest group, that brings the total to 2,002 students who have been trained since first offering the CPR/AED more than 10 years ago.

Physical education teachers use the American Heart Association K-12 CPR/AED curriculum.
