10 MCHS students competed in the national Business Professionals of America in Orlando, Florida

Last week, 10 MCHS students traveled with advisers to Orlando, Florida to compete in the Business Professionals of America (BPA) national conference with 7,000 other students from 26 states and four countries.

Congratulations to all! 

Special shout-out to these students who placed high in their competitions:

  • Jada Perez, 11th place in Payroll Accounting

  • Cooper Floden, 17th place in Fundamental Accounting

  • Sadie Sullivan, 18th place in Computer Program Concepts

The students who participated in the national event were part of a group of 51 MCHS students who attended the state event in Oak Brook. Students from more than 1,200 high school students from 50 schools throughout the state competed in marketing, computer science, business support and more.

The MCHS students hailed from business-related classes such as INCubatoredu, Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science and more.
