After a huge success last summer, we are excited to bring back the McHenry Track Series this June!
The McHenry Track Series is a once-a-week summer training group for adults (18+) focused on improving fitness, speed, and overall running ability in a welcoming and supportive environment. The workouts will take place Wednesday evenings at McCracken Field and are designed for all experience levels, from beginners to experienced runners.
Each session will include guided speed-focused workouts with both beginner and advanced options available, and the atmosphere is intentionally very relaxed and community-oriented. Whether you’re training for a race, looking for motivation to stay active, or just interested in trying something new, all paces are welcome.
Details:
• Wednesdays: June 3rd – July 22nd (No session July 1st)
• 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• McCracken Field – McHenry, IL
• $40 for the full series
Additionally, 50% of all proceeds will be donated directly to the McHenry High School Cross Country Program.
