National Art Honor Society (NAHS) celebrated International Dot Day a little early! NAHS greeted students Tuesday morning with dot related activities. Dot Day is meant to boost courage in one's creativity and was inspired by the book, "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds.

Congratulations to Katie Brown who is our newest AVID Warrior! She completed the twelve-hour AVID strategies training. AVID is a 45-year-old national program that includes an elective class, where the goal is to help students achieve greater success in both the classroom and in their future. This is MCHS' third year as an AVID school.
