Freshmen German students had a German "Karneval" Tuesday morning. Ms. Folden gave them instructions for games entirely in German. Students had to try to dance with a ballon between them without dropping it. They also played a game similar to Marco Polo. #WarriorReady156

Regular attendance is essential for our Warriors to be succesful. Truancy and chronic absences are sometimes mistaken to be the same. However, this chart from Attendance Works explains some of the major differences. Remember, every day matters! #WarriorReady156 Learn more about the definitions of truancy and chronic absences here: https://www.attendanceworks.org/whats-the-difference-between-chronic-absence-and-truancy/
over 1 year ago, Carly Byer
Truancy vs. Chronic Absence. Truancy: Counts only unexcused absences - Emphasizes compliances with school rules. - Relies on legal administrative solutions. Chronic Absence - Counts all absences: excuse, unexcused and suspensions. Emphasizes academic impact of missed days. -Uses community based, positive strategies.
