The stagecraft class experimented with elements of light. They used color gels, flashlights, and light diffusers to compose a scene centered around an assigned mood, such as cheerfulness or envy. They investigated how distance, angle color, and placement affect the stage picture.

The Upper Campus PE Department is proud to announce the first quarter Outstanding PE Student Awards! They have been chosen for their positive attitudes, participating in activities, work ethic, respect and integrity. Winners receive a t-shirt and photos are put in a display case.

Our Latin-American Student Organization is getting ready for their Day of the Dead/Día de los muertos event on November 4. Day of the Dead is a joyful time that helps people remember and celebrate the deceased. Enjoy these photos from last year and we hope to see you this year!

Students wrote thank you notes and made friendship bracelets during lunch periods on Tuesday at Upper Campus. Culinary students baked up kindness cookies for the #BullyingPreventionMonth activity.

In honor of National Bullying Prevention Month freshmen had the opportunity to write thank you notes to anyone of their choosing and make friendship bracelets during lunches. They also had a chance to receive a cookie and stickers for participating. This will be happening at Upper Campus on Tuesday during lunches. Cookies are limited and will be given out on a first-come first-served basis. #antibullying







Freshmen made their ofrenda creations. An ofrenda is celebrated in Latin American culture and is traditional during Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos) to honor loved ones who have passed away. Elements are placed on altars that symbolize different parts of life and death.
