Two members of the MCHS girls bowling team advanced to sectionals at Saturday's regional event in Marengo. Emily Carpenter finished fifth while Brianna May took seventh place. They'll be competing this Saturday at Liberty Lanes in Carpentersville. Go, Warriors!

Feb. 6-10 is National School Counseling Week

Freshman Campus MCHS Writers Week February 6-10 Participate in Writers Week activities all week during AIM in the theater. Monday Relieve yourself of the pressure of others' expectations by professing an imperfection. Play some word games with friends and staff. Tuesday: Blackout poetry-Turn a page of prose into a poem with the help of a Sharpie. Thursday- writing exercises create something all your own.
