Summer school students in Culinary I practiced measuring by making chocolate chip cookies. They then made homemade granola and smoothie bars and looked at the macro and micro nutrients found in the smoothie bowls. #WarriorReady156

On the first day of summer's Consumers class, students did a Classroom Wall Walk. They were provided with a small pad of sticky notes and had two minutes at each stop. Students had to identify what they already know about a subject and what they hope to learn about a subject.
