MCHS board members and staff celebrated the new multi-purpose turf field at McCracken with student-athletes just before the Friday's varsity football game.
Patti McCracken Vickery, 1959 alum and daughter of longtime athletic director "Mac" McCracken, joined the festivities.


Veterans returning from a four-day Honor Flight trip to Washington D.C. got a rousing welcome home at MCHS Sunday afternoon.
Cheerleaders, band and choir entertained the large group of community members and volunteers who gathered to celebrate the veterans.
