Freshmen have been attending Freshmen Warrior Camp, where they participate in team-building activities led by our senior leaders. They also learn what it means to be a Warrior, by learning about the Distinguished Warrior program, learning the fight song and more.

Congratulations to Tiffany Ryan, who is our newest AVID Warrior! She completed the twelve-hour AVID strategies training. AVID is a 45-year-old national program that includes an elective class, where the goal is to help student achieve greater success in both the classroom and in their future. This is MCHS' third year as an AVID school.

On Thursday, Mrs. Donelson's AP Biology students created a Cell Membrane Bubble Lab to study the behavior of bubbles and correlate that to cell membranes.
The bubbles allowed the students to study the fluidity of cell membranes and their ability to make repairs, among other things.
