National Art Honor Society sold handmade ornaments during lunches last week. They raised $110 and presented it to our staff that leads the Giving Tree, an annual holiday effort to support families in our community. Thank you, NAHS!

On Wednesday, we celebrated Katie Doherty's retirement. Katie has been working at the Upper Campus main office front desk and has also worked at East Campus prior to it being Freshman Campus. She has been at the district for 10 years! Happy retirement, Katie!

A-TEC Ambulance visited MCHS on Monday to speak to students about a career as an emergency medical technician. Students were able to look inside their ambulance. They demonstrated how to use their equipment while college career counselor, Mr. Menke, was a pretend patient.

Thursday night band and choir performed Handel’s Messiah, conducted by Mr. Galvicius and Mr. Cabildo. It hasn’t been performed in a few years, and they pulled it off beautifully! #WarriorReady156

Mr. Connor's graphic communications design class visited engineering instructor Mr. Micklinghoff's classroom to learn more about the laser printer. Mr. Micklinghoff used the laser to print out students' designs they previously made on the computer. #WarriorReady156

On Friday over 70 students in the Business Professionals of America club competed in a regional competition. The categories included accounting, finance, business law, programming, computer security, marketing, management, speech, graphic design, broadcast and more!

⛷️Last night was the first skiing & snowboarding club outing of the year! 50 students, staff and parents hit the slopes at Alpine Ski Resort. Students can still register for the next outing on Wednesday, December 11.
