Key Club volunteered over 2000 hours this summer with McHenry Baseball Association, Feed My Starving Children, Special Olympics tournaments, McHenry Kiwanis, Lions Club and more. If you're interested, the first meeting of the year will be 8/20 at 7 p.m. in the UC auditorium.

🎼Congratulations to the MCHS Tri-M Music Honor Society for being named 2023-24 Chapter of the Year for Illinois by the National Association for Music Education.
The award recognizes Tri-M’s work to support music education, including hosting a Children's Music Day.

Freshman Campus hosted two Freshman Rally sessions to introduce the newest Warriors to their new school. Students met with some senior students, picked up books and Chromebooks, learned about student activities, and more.

🎶 Surround Sound had a FIRST -- performing at the Bristol Renaissance Faire in Kenosha last Saturday.
Mr. Galvicius reports that it was a magical event, and the students did a great job performing in costumes on a warm summer day.

Our new girls flag football players, along with some from neighboring schools, participated in a Bears Monsters Flag Clinic with former Bears LB Jim Schwantz Wednesday to prepare for the inaugural season.

Over sixty MCHS students earned a total of 73 fives on their AP tests. Admin delivered signs to them on Wednesday. Over 400 tests at MCHS earned a passing grade of a three or higher! Congratulations, Warriors! Enjoy a slideshow of some of the students who earned fives on our social media channels!
