#WritersWeek2023 had plenty of activities during AIM and lunches. Earlier this week students created "blackout poetry" where you take a random page of a book and cross out words with a sharpie to create a poem with the remainder of the words.

Two members of the MCHS girls bowling team advanced to sectionals at Saturday's regional event in Marengo. Emily Carpenter finished fifth while Brianna May took seventh place. They'll be competing this Saturday at Liberty Lanes in Carpentersville. Go, Warriors!
