McHenry Strength Director John Beerbower was a featured speaker Saturday at the Wisconsin State Clinic for the National Strength and Conditioning Association in Milwaukee.
Dr. Beerbower talked about the importance of building relationships with those you are coaching. 💪

MCHS student Annapatricia Cruz won the Illinois Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias’ 2024 Organ/Tissue Donor Program Student Poster Contest! She won in both the overall category, and the 9th-12th grade category. She was able to attend the awards ceremony Thursday with her family. Her poster will be reprinted and distributed to all schools, libraries and driver services facilities in Illinois. Great job, Annapatricia! #WarriorReady156

Upper Campus had their College and Career Expo Thursday. Students explored many options including four-year colleges, McHenry County College, transfer and workforce training, military, labor unions, tech/trade schools and local employment. Freshmen will have a min expo on Friday.
