Students explored options for the future with the return of our in-person College and Career Expo on Thursday. Representatives from more than 100 colleges and universities, military and service organizations, and businesses were on-hand to talk about life after high school.

Jazz up your Wednesday: The MCHS Jazz Club is putting on a performance tonight (April 20) at the Freshman Campus theater. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the performance starts at 7. Admission is $5 and includes drinks of coffee and lemonade. Guests can bring their own snacks.

Surround Sound met with South Elgin HS and the professional choir Cor Cantiamo to work on the Faure Requiem. This is a 35 minute long masterpiece that will be performed by these singers as well as chamber orchestra on Sunday, April 24 in the First United Methodist Church in Elgin (216 E Highland Ave, Elgin).
