Chemistry classes have been busy this week! Mr. Poci's Dual Credit Chemistry made aspirin that they also weighed and tested for purity. Ms. Thompson's and Ms. Leonard's chemistry classes have been observing chemical reactions. #WarriorReady156

Manufacturing students have been working hard in our advanced lab space to prepare for the Technology and Manufacturing Association machining competition this spring. The item they are making for the competition is an edge finder and vise stop. We can't wait to see how they do!

D156 parents/guardians are invited to our upcoming presentation. The goal of this presentation is to raise awareness and provide education regarding vaping and alcohol/drug trends. This program will also help participants identify signs of vaping and possible substance use.

Students and staff packed the strength room to surprise Dr. John Beerbower. He recently was named 2024 Regional Coach of the Year by the National High School Strength Coaches Association for the Great Lakes region. Congrats, Coach! #WarriorReady156

Ms. Cabalquinto, Ms. Hanson and Ms. Keller's classes went around selling items to staff from the Warrior Buddies treat trolley on Friday. The students practiced their vocational skills by presenting a menu, explaining the cost, handling money and giving staff their items.
