Paying for what's next after high school is often the most stressful part of the Next Step process for students and families. Join us for a Financial Aid & Scholarships Presentation to learn about actions aimed at reducing postsecondary expenses. Mr. Vallianatos visited Ms. Cabalquinto's and Ms. Hanson's to sign mock Treat Trolley employee contracts with the students. Students practice vocational skills with the Treat Trolley by selling snacks and soda to staff. They learn how to handle inventory, collect money, customer service skills and more!
Students in Mrs. Pelletierās capstone Biomedical Innovations class wrapped up research projects and presentations last week that included a look at electrical changes in the body with strength training, caffeineās impact on memory, and whether skin temperature affects blood pressure.

Sixty students planted flags to honor the lives lost during 9/11 attacks. They also made posters that line the hallway of the south entrance of Upper Campus.

Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Staff throughout the years have worn t-shirts on this day to remind students they are not alone and to call 988 if they or someone they know is struggling with mental health.

Lilā Warrior Preschool at McHenry Upper Campus is still accepting enrollment for the 2026ā2027 in the afternoon program. We still have a couple of spots open! The program runs from September through May on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The Warrior Shack will be at the 815 Day with band and choir at Miller Point this Saturday, 8/15 5-7 p.m. The Shack is making room for its new inventory. They will have long sleeves on sale for $20, and short sleeves on sale for $10. They will have a bundle deal of one long sleeve & one short sleeve for $25!
