AVID is a 45-year-old national program that includes an elective class, where the goal is to help students achieve greater success in both the classroom and in their future. This is MCHS' third year as an AVID school.

Freshman Campus celebrated Dot Day by drawing art on the sidewalk, Monday.  Dot Day is meant to boost courage in one's creativity and was inspired by the book, "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds. 





We were happy to have author Mindy McGinnis back at MCHS! On Monday, she spoke to English students about her books and what inspires her stories. 📚
