This week we are celebrating our School Resource Officers! Thank you for keeping MCHS safe!

Counselors are reminding seniors to fill out their FAFSA, apply to schools, make a final decision for next year and to fill out scholarships. They helped students out at lunches today and had a bit of fun dressing up for the occasion! Seniors, talk to your counselors for help!

Due to the current winter storm warning, all after school activities are canceled for today Thursday, Feb. 16. This includes all athletic practices, student activities, clubs, detentions and Learning Forward.
As a reminder, there is no school Friday and Monday.

Class of 2023 families:
It is not too late to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (@FAFSA).
Most 4-year, 2-year, and tech or trade schools accept financial aid.
Contact Mr. Menke with questions. Don't leave money on the table!

Happy Valentine's Day! To celebrate the day, different clubs had items available for purchase. Today also happens to be Library Lovers day! Both libraries have Valentine's Day book displays. #WarriorReady156

Where is the Class of 2023 going?
As seniors decide on their next steps, we add them to this map.
ALL next steps are celebrated!
Seniors, tell Mr. Figueroa, Mrs. Schak, or Mr. Menke when you decide what's next!

#WritersWeek2023 had plenty of activities during AIM and lunches. Earlier this week students created "blackout poetry" where you take a random page of a book and cross out words with a sharpie to create a poem with the remainder of the words.
