The McHenry Activism Club began their voter registration drive during AIM on Tuesday. If you will be 18 by Nov. 8 you can still register Wednesday during AIM outside of the Upper Campus cafeteria. Bring two forms of ID and last four digits of your social security. #WhyMCHSVOTES

On this first day of #BlackHistoryMonth, MCHS is looking forward to celebrating Black culture and history. Social science teachers plan to highlight achievements of Black historical figures. Students are planning to decorate the buildings with special stories and photos.

Monday's District 156 school board meeting was a busy one with board members getting a presentation from students in the new broadcast journalism program, honoring the Esports Smash: Ultimate team for finishing 4th in the region, and recognizing Food for Thought leaders.
