They were selected for demonstrating a positive attitude, participating in activities, working hard and more.
Students receive a t-shirt and have their photos displayed at school for one year.

Freshman Campus students and staff enjoyed a Monday visit with therapy dogs. They'll be at Upper Campus on Wednesday.

On Thursday night McHenry County College gave an English and Spanish presentation at MCHS. Their representatives gave insight on the many opportunities a student can pursue at MCC. Please reach out to anyone in the MCHS College and Career Center for more information on MCC.

Artwork created by MCHS art students to commemorate the historic Colby-Petersen Farm will be part of a "Remember McHenry" display Saturday at Hidden Pearl Cafe, 1250 N. Green St., McHenry. The display, sponsored by the
McHenry Landmark Commission, is from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.





On Thursday afternoon, the MCHS Powerlifting Club hosted "Merry Liftmas," a #powerlifting exhibition and #holiday celebration. The McHenry Strength area was decked out for the holidays and club members cheered each other during the powerlifting exhibition.

Members of the MCHS Key Club wrapped about 600 #holiday gifts this week that will be donated to families through a partnership with Rosecrance and Pioneer Center.
The gifts were bought by club members and with a donation from the McHenry Kiwanis Club.
