
We had another successful Manufacturing, Trades and Industry Career Expo on Wednesday night! This year MCHS hosted the event in the new Center. A big thank you to our vendors, CTE team and all the MCHS staff/students that were involved!

On Monday Luke Zoetmulder from Sticker Dude visited Matt Connor’s graphics production class. Sticker Dude makes vehicle wraps, truck lettering, signs, and more. He is looking to team up to help our students learn more of the wrap and design industry. stickerdude.com




A team of 20 McHenry Strength students tested their muscles this morning by pulling at a nearly 90-ton aircraft at O’Hare International Airport.
Their participation in the O'Hare Plane Pull raised $1,464 for Special Olympics Illinois.

Mark you calendars! Homecoming will be here before you know it! The homecoming football game is on Friday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m. at McCracken Field. Our community tours of the new center will be on Saturday, Oct 2. from 10 a.m. to noon. We can't wait to see you!

Tomorrow Night: Parents and guardians are invited to come to the Freshman Campus and Upper Campus to walk their students' schedules and meet staff and teachers. Arrive early to receive schedules and find classes.

On Tuesday, students were able to take part in a new and optional wellness workshop series to help them manage stress and take care of themselves during these challenging times. Different wellness topics will be addressed throughout the year.
